IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, All guests must respect the property and its guests.

Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. All Extra Guests Must Pay 25$ entrance fee if permitted entrance. The Hotel is allowed to refuse or expel any individual or room for the better good of the business.

• The Chomedey Inn Hotel is Not Responsible for any Stolen or Lost Objects.
• Parking is Free and Monitored, but the Hotel remains free from all responsibility towards car damages.
• All Forgotten Deposits or/and Lost Objects will be kept for only one week. The Hotel does not have the space to keep all lost objects for a long period of time.
• Mandatory Fees and Taxes You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

Deposit: A minimum Cash Deposit CAD 40$ for a room. A Cash deposits allows faster service as well as no hidden fees. The Guest May be charged the deposit if any type of damage occurs during the stay.

Smoking Room Rules:

• Smoking in a room is a privilege.
• No Smoking on the Bed
• We do not accept cigarettes or cigarette ash on the floor.
• Must Ventilate room while & after Smoking
• If smoking on a balcony of a non-smoking room, balcony door must remain closed
• GUEST WILL LOSE DEPOSIT IF ANY OF THE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED

CANCELLATION POLICY

To guaranty a reservation, The Chomedey Inn Hotel requires a valid credit card number with an expiration date. To avoid cancellation penalties and if you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be cancelled 24 Hours before date of arrival or a penalty including taxes will be applied equal to a one night stay.
